CBI International Properties Fund
Overview
"CBI International Property (“CBI”) is an open-ended vehicle that has a primary objective to provide shareholders with the opportunity to benefit from capital growth via investment in general real estate targeted at the global immigration and citizenship by investment markets.
This real estate and associated products are both in the commercial and retail real estate sectors. The fund may also invest from time to time into other asset classes including but not limited to cash or near cash assets.
The Manager
The Manager, SWZ Management Services Limited, a company registered in Nevis, acts as investment manager to invest and reinvest all assets of the Company. The Manager is controlled by Michael Charles Platt.
