Overview
SWZ Diversified Income (“DI”) is a SAC (Segregated Accounts Company) which seeks to achieve an attractive level of growth whilst respecting risk diversification.
The objective of the SAC is to maximise total returns consistent with preservation of capital and prudent investment management, with a large exposure to real estate market but not limited. In seeking to achieve its investment objectives, over a rolling 3-year period via an outsourced approach to other prudent and experienced managers.
